About this position 

 

As a Sales Development Representative at Fitted, you’ll be part of our growing sales team. In this role you’ll connect with customers and offer valuable solutions for their problems. We’re building out a disciplined, metric-driven team in which you’ll be able to refine and grow your sales experience. In this position, you will research prospective customers and identify, filter and qualify opportunities for our Account Executives. If you bring passion and track record of success for introducing new partners to a solution that will better their life, we want to talk to you!  

Job Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Creative outbound prospecting within your focus region
  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly metrics (appointments, qualified leads, contacts, etc)
  • Experience  making outbound calls/emails making introductions to new retail partners 
  • Driven self-starter who brings ownership and a strong work ethic 
  • Experience using a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc) 
  • Experience creatively solving roadblocks that come up in the sales process  
  • Well rounded written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-growing and agile startup company 
  • Resilient nature; someone comfortable handling objections, hearing “no” and moving forward!  
  • A background successfully partnering with cross-functional teams
